Order Processing

At FannCraft3D, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or personalized 3D printed items may take additional processing time depending on design complexity.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–15 business days (if applicable)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this to track your shipment in real-time.

Shipping Delays

FannCraft3D is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs delays (for international orders)
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
  • For lost packages, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
