At FannCraft3D, we take great care in delivering high-quality products. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

To report a damaged item, email us at fanncraft3d@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in the condition received
  • Damage must be reported within the specified timeframe
  • Proof of purchase is required

Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the damaged item, or
  • Full refund to your original payment method

Important Notes

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless damaged
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
